Not allowed

• Harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Sexual content involving minors — instantly banned and reported
• Sharing personal contact info to coerce or solicit
• Spam, scams, or impersonation
• Sharing illegal content

What we filter automatically

• Phone numbers, emails, URLs, and social handles are replaced with [hidden] before anyone sees them.
• Messages are capped at 500 characters.
• Rate-limited to 20 messages per 10 seconds to stop spam.
• Severe slurs and CSAM-related terms are hard-blocked.
• You won't be re-matched with the same person within an hour.

Vanish mode

When a chat ends, every message is deleted instantly. No archive, no trace — for you or them.

How to stay safe

• Never share your real name, phone, address, or photos.
• Use the Skip button anytime — no questions asked.
• Tap the flag icon to report and block instantly.
• Use muted words in Settings to filter what you see.

How reports work

After 3 unique reports within 24 hours a user is auto-banned, every active chat they're in ends immediately, and the device fingerprint is flagged so they can't easily re-register.

Appeals

If you were banned and believe it was a mistake, you can submit an appeal. We review appeals within 48 hours. Approved appeals automatically reinstate your account.
